Wonderful news to share. Penny Simonsen, Transportation Director, East Central Regional Development Commission has been nominated and ultimately elected to the National Scenic Byway Foundation (NSBF) Board of Directors. For those who have had the good fortune to meet Penny, you surely have noticed her enthusiasm and dedication to our Scenic Byways Program. We are extremely fortunate to have Penny serving this role for the next 3 years.
